These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between SARL FAIRY CHAIR STUDIO, located at 14 Boulevard Beaumarchais, 75011 Paris, registered under SIREN 913 296 893 (hereinafter "the Seller"), and any person making a purchase or booking a service on the website (hereinafter "the Customer").

Purpose and identity
Hair services (via Planity)
The website allows booking of hair services at the Fairy Chair Studio salon.
Booking: Appointment management and deposits are handled by the third-party platform Planity. By booking, the Customer accepts Planity's terms and conditions.
Liability: The Seller is responsible for the quality of the technical service provided in the salon. However, disputes related to appointment booking or the operation of the booking platform are the responsibility of Planity.
Product sales (own brand and third-party)
The Seller offers for sale:
— Its own hair care brand: Love Your Curls. — Jewellery and other third-party brand products.
Offers are valid while visible on the website, subject to available stock.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT applied according to the nature of the product), excluding shipping costs. Shipping charges are billed additionally and are clearly indicated to the Customer before the final confirmation of the order.
Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified provider. The Seller never has access to the Customer's banking details.
Delivery and in-salon pick-up
Home delivery (Colissimo with signature): Deliveries are made via the Colissimo service with signature upon receipt.
Shipping costs: A flat-rate fee of €6.90 incl. VAT is applied for order shipment.
Free shipping: Shipping costs are waived for any order whose product subtotal is equal to or greater than €70.00 incl. VAT.
Dispatch and delivery times: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Once handed to the carrier, La Poste's indicative delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours. A tracking number is sent by email upon dispatch. In accordance with the law, in the event of a delivery delay exceeding 30 days from the order date, the Customer has the right to cancel the order and obtain a full refund.
Transfer of risk and absence: As delivery requires a signature, the transfer of risk (loss, theft, damage) occurs at the precise moment the Customer, or a designated third party, physically takes possession of the parcel and signs the delivery note. If the Customer is absent when the postman calls, the parcel will be deposited at a post office or pick-up point, where the Customer will have the statutory period to collect it.
In-salon pick-up: The Customer has 7 business days from the availability notification to collect their order at 14 Boulevard Beaumarchais, 75011 Paris. Beyond this period, the Seller will contact the Customer to arrange an alternative.
Zones and rates: Shipping costs vary by destination:
- Metropolitan France: €6.90 incl. VAT — free from €70.00 incl. VAT.
- Europe (EU + Switzerland): €14.90 incl. VAT — free from €150.00 incl. VAT.
- United Kingdom: €18.90 incl. VAT — no free shipping threshold.
Brexit and customs: For any shipment to the United Kingdom or outside the European Union, the Customer is considered the importer of the product. Customs duties, local taxes and import charges may be applicable. These costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Lost or damaged parcel: If the Colissimo tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or if the parcel arrives damaged, the Customer must notify the Seller as soon as possible. The Seller will open an investigation with the carrier.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Jewellery: In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Return costs are the Customer's responsibility. The product must be unworn, in its original packaging and in new condition.
Cosmetic products (Love Your Curls): In accordance with Article L.221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products that have been unsealed or whose protective seal has been broken after delivery. No return will be accepted in such cases.
Hair services: In accordance with Article L.221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed. A service that has begun in the salon cannot be refunded.
Out of stock: In the event that a product is unavailable after an order is placed, the Seller will inform the Customer as soon as possible and proceed with a full refund of the amount paid.
Legal warranties and liability
Legal warranties: All physical products sold on the website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). These warranties allow the Customer to return defective or non-compliant products free of charge to obtain a repair, replacement, or refund.
Cosmetics use: The Customer is required to consult the ingredient list before use. The Seller cannot be held liable for allergic reactions if the Customer has failed to check the composition or perform a prior patch test.
Visuals: Photographs of jewellery and hair products aim to be as accurate as possible. However, minor colour variations may occur depending on the Customer's screen settings and colorimetry.
Personal data
Information collected is necessary for order management and commercial relations. In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access and delete their data by contacting the Seller.
Disputes and mediation
Amicable resolution: In the event of a dispute, the Customer must first contact the Seller at contact@fairychairstudio.com to seek an amicable resolution.
Consumer mediation: In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Seller offers access to a consumer mediation scheme. If the amicable process fails, the Customer may refer to the mediator free of charge: MÉDIATION CONSOMMATION DÉVELOPPEMENT — Centre d'Affaires Stéphanois, Immeuble l'Horizon, Esplanade de France — 3 rue J. EU Online Dispute Resolution: Pursuant to EU Regulation No. 524/2013, the Customer may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
Applicable law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
