Appointments & services

How do I book an appointment?+

All bookings are made through Planity, our online partner. Click "Book" in the menu to access our calendar and choose a time slot.

Can I book by phone?+

Yes, you can call us on 09 88 58 90 49 during opening hours and we will check availability together.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?+

Yes, directly from your Planity account or by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.

What hair types do you work with?+

We specialise in curly, coily and kinky hair (types 2B to 4C). We also welcome straight hair clients.

Shop & orders

How do I place an order?+

Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will need to create an account or log in to complete your purchase.

Do you offer in-salon pick-up?+

Yes! At checkout, select the "In-salon pick-up" option to collect your order at 14 Bd Beaumarchais, Paris 11th. Please collect your order within 7 business days. Beyond that, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

What are the delivery times?+

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you by email.

How do I track my order?+

Log into your "My account" area to view the status of your orders and your tracking number.

What if my parcel is lost?+

If your Colissimo tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us at contact@fairychairstudio.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?+

Online, we accept all major credit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). In the salon, we accept card and cash.

Is my payment secure?+

Yes. Online payments are handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS certified. Your bank details never pass through our servers.

How do I use a promo code?+

Enter your code in the field provided at checkout. The discount is applied automatically if the code is valid and conditions are met.

Returns & refunds

Can I return a product?+

Unworn jewellery and unopened cosmetic products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Contact us at contact@fairychairstudio.com to initiate a return.

Can I return an opened cosmetic product?+

No. For hygiene and safety reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products whose protective seal has been broken. This applies to the entire Love Your Curls range.

How long does a refund take?+

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the return is approved.

Are salon services refundable?+

No. Once a service has begun, it cannot be refunded. If you are unhappy with the result, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.

Love Your Curls products

What hair types are these products for?+

The Love Your Curls range is formulated specifically for curly, coily and kinky hair (types 2C to 4C).

Are the products natural?+

Yes, our formulas are sulphate-free, paraben-free and silicone-free. We favour gentle, nourishing ingredients.

Where are the products made?+

Love Your Curls products are made in France, under our own registered trademark.

Jewellery

What materials do you use?+

Our jewellery is made from gilded brass, stainless steel and natural resin. Materials vary by piece — please check the product page for details.

Is the jewellery hypoallergenic?+

Our stainless steel pieces are hypoallergenic. For other materials, please refer to the product description.

Can I buy jewellery in the salon?+

Yes, our collection is available directly in the salon as well as in the online shop.
